Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • Frozen berries mix - 1.5 cups
  • Banana - 1
  • Pitted dates - 2
  • Almond milk - 1 cup
  • Sage & Folly Coco Almond Chocolate - 1 tsp
  • Raw cacao powder - 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • To garnish add,
  • Sage & Folly Coco Almond Chocolate - 1/2 tsp
  • Walnuts - 2-3 halves
  • Chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds mix - 1 tsp
  • Black raisins - 2-3 pcs
  • Raw cacao powder - just a sprinkle
  • Freshly chopped strawberries and blueberries (you may use fruits of your choice) - 3-4 pcs

Method:

  • For the almond milk: You may use 1 tbsp of Sage & Folly Almond Cinnamon. Add to it 1/3 cup water and blend well.
  • For the smoothie bowl: Blend the ingredients mentioned above well together. Keep the consistency slightly thick.
  • Garnish it with the above-mentioned relevant ingredients.
