Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/4cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbsp nut or seed butter of choice ( I like the recently discovered @sageandfolly and love making this chia pudding with their Almond Cinnamon, Salted Sunflower or Cashew Lemon)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Sweetener - either add a date, half a banana or 1 tsp maple syrup
- Chopped banana and blueberries for topping.
Method:
In a blender mix the almond milk, vanilla, nut butter, cinnamon and sweetener of choice. In a bowl whisk the chia seeds into the mixture and refrigerate for 12-24hours. Serve with chopped banana and blueberries.
