Mushroom & Spinach Sourdough

Ingredients:

  • Bunch of baby spinach - 1
  • Mushroom - 6 to 7
  • Sage & Folly Cashew Pepper Punch - 1.5 tsp
  • Sliced sourdough bread
  • Sage & Folly salted Sunflower

Method:

  • Blanch spinach and mushroom. Add to it 1.5 tsp of the Sage & Folly Cashew Pepper Punch. Mix well. Spinach and mushroom both release water, so no need to add additional water to the mix.
  • Toast a slice of sourdough
  • Spread on it the Sage & Folly Salted Sunflower
  • Top it with the prepped spinach and mushroom
  • Ready to serve and relish
