Hazelnut Butter No-Bake Cookies


1 cup Sage & Folly Classic Hazelnut Butter
2/3 cup honey or maple syrup/jaggery syrup/date syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2½ cups whole rolled oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
3 tablespoons pumpkin seeds or crushed hazelnuts

Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, stir together the hazelnut butter, natural sweetener, vanilla, and salt, until smooth.
Add the oats, chocolate chips and the pumpkin seeds or crushed hazelnuts. The mixture might seem dry at first, but keep stirring and it'll come together.
Roll this mixture into energy balls or shape it like cookies as shown in the picture.
You can either bake this for ten mins in preheated oven at 150 degree celsius or just freeze in the fridge for an hour.
Either way it tastes yummy!

Top it with some more of the Sage & Folly Classic Hazelnut Butter and relish!
