Ingredients:
- Roasted Aubergines
- Sage & Folly Cashew Pepper Punch
- Bell Peppers
- Spring Onions
- Herbs & Seasonings
Process:
- Spread a generous layer of the Sage & Folly Cashew Pepper Punch onto a plate
- Place the roasted Aubergines on top of it
- Garnish with bell peppers, spring onions, herbs and some seasoning.
