Roast Root Veggies & Creamy Cashew Butter Sauce

Method:
Toss your choice of veggies with some oil and seasoning well.
Place them in the oven at 200 C for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, take 2-3 tbsp of @sageandfolly cashew pepper or pumpkin party, add 2 tbsp water and whisk till you have a smooth consistency.
Taste and add salt, pepper and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil if you like.
Pour over the veggies and serve immediately.
Add some nuts or seeds for the crunch factor
